These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the full terms for a web design project. If you engage us to build a site, we'll agree a separate written quote and project terms with you first. If anything's unclear, email hello@brightsite.uk.
This website (brightsite.uk) is operated by ABAB Group Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17132385, trading as brightsite. Registered office: Level One, Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool L1 0AH. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean ABAB Group Ltd.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that could damage it or disrupt other people's use of it. By using the site you accept these terms; if you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this website, including text, design, logos, the brightsite name and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.
Prices shown on this website, including any figure produced by our price calculator, are indicative estimates to help you understand roughly what a project might cost. They are not a binding offer or a fixed quotation. Some services are priced according to scope and are confirmed individually. Before any work begins, we will give you a written quote setting out the price and what's included, and no contract is formed until we've both confirmed it.
Sending us an enquiry through the contact form or by email does not create a contract or oblige either of us to go ahead. It simply starts a conversation.
We design and build websites for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timescales and terms for any project are agreed with you separately in writing at the point you engage us, and those project terms will take priority over anything on this page for that work.
Delivering a website often involves third-party services such as domain registrars and hosting providers (for example, Netlify). Those services are provided by the relevant company under their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for them.
We aim to keep the website available and up to date, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website, or from reliance on any content on it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Where our site links to other websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, so please check back occasionally. We'll update the "last updated" date whenever we make changes.
Questions about these terms? Email hello@brightsite.uk or write to the registered address above.
